1 cup sprouted chickpeas crumbled

1/2 cup diced red onion

2 stalks celery diced

1 grated carrot

1 tsp capers

1 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes

1 Tbsp V mayo

1 tsp tamari

1/2 lemon juiced

Eat plain top with anything you want! I use radish and alfalfa sprouts, tomato, avocado, just about anything!
