INSTRUCTIONS
1. Whisk the mayo, tamari (or soy sauce), lemon juice, and nutritional yeast flakes together in a medium bowl
2. Pulse the garbanzo sprouts about 30 times in the food processor.
3. Add capers, carrot, mashed garbanzo sprout, onion and celery to the dressing and mix well.
4. Serve on a bed of lettuce or a piece of toasted bread with tomato and leafy sprouts. Grandma would be proud.
