2 cubed potato’s

1/2 cup garbanzo sprouts

1/2 cup lentil sprouts

Cover an inch or so with water and insta pot for about 8 min or boil for 20 min

Wilt some greens, kale, mustard, beet, spinach, whatever works for you

Make gravy:

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes

4 cups water or broth

1/3 cup tamari or soy sauce

1/2 tbsp onion powder

1/4 tsp mustard powder

1 tsp your favorite chili paste

Mix it all up and bring to boil while stirring non-stop. turn down heat and stir till desired thickness.

Assemble and enjoy!
