Jibbil De Bibbil Dressing

Broccoli, radish, clover and alfalfa sprouts

This dressing is a great way to add the nutrition that only sprouts can offer.


1/2 cup tahini

5 tablespoons water

3 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoon rice vinegar

2 tablespoon olive oil

2 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce

4 cloves of garlic

1/2 cup salad sprouts in any combination, I used:

1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts

1/8 cup broccoli sprouts

1/8 cup Radish sprouts


Put it in a blender and mix till smooth
