Mung and adzuki sprouts

Quinoa is so versatile, and so are sprouts. In less then 10 min your eating some of the most delicious environmentally responsible foods there are. Congratulations

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon coconut oil

2 diced dried Thai pepper

Diced clove of garlic

1/2 mung sprouts

1/4 cup adzuki sprouts

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup sliced mushrooms

Radish sprouts, enough to garnish (optional)

Small lemon (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat to medium high 1 tablespoon coconut oil

2. Add diced dried Thai peppers

3. In about a minute add:

Diced clove of garlic

1/2 mung sprouts

1/4 cup adzuki sprouts

1 cup broccoli

1 cup sliced mushrooms

4. In about 5 min after the mushrooms have released liquid add 1 cup cooked quinoa.

Heat up and finish with:

Radish sprouts

Juice from a small lemon and salt to taste.
