Mung and adzuki sprouts

Quinoa is so versatile, and so are sprouts. In less then 10 min your eating some of the most delicious environmentally responsible foods there are. Congratulations

INGREDIENTS

Heat up some coconut oil med high and add:

2 diced dried thai peppers

In about a minute add: 

Diced clove of garlic

1/2 mung sprouts

1/4 cup adzuki sprouts

1 cup broccoli 

1 cup sliced mushrooms

INSTRUCTIONS

In about 5 min add 

1 cup cooked quinoa.

Heat up and finish with:

Radish sprouts

Juice from a small lemon and salt to taste.
