Cashews kimchi and radish sprouts

An amazing spicy spread perfect to dip carrots and stuff in or use as a base for a wrap. To spicy….. try it with alfalfa or broccoli sprouts. 


1 cup radish sprouts

1 cup raw cashew 

1 cup kimchi

1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes (optional)


1. Soak the cashews in hot but not boiling water for about 2 hours

2. Drain and put in blender with the kimchi and radish sprouts.

3. Add water or rejuvilac for desired consistency.

4. Give a taste and decide on blending in the nutritional yeast flakes
