Cashews kimchi and radish sprouts

An amazing spicy spread perfect to dip carrots and stuff in or use as a base for a wrap. To spicy….. try it with alfalfa or broccoli sprouts. 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup radish sprouts

1 cup raw cashew 

1 cup vegan kimchi

1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak the cashews in hot but not boiling water for about 2 hours

Drain and put in blender with the kimchi and radish sprouts.

Add water or rejuvilac for desired consistency.

Give a taste and decide on blending in the nutritional yeast flakes
