We use wheat sprouts to make revivelac (link to my recipe). The kids put them on yogurt and ice cream. Delicious.
Soak time: 8 hours or so
Rinse and drain: morning and night
Harvest: evening of 3rd day
Taste: Chewy with a hint of creaminess. Every so slightly sweet.
