Adzuki, onion, jalapeno, mung

A simple stir fry for the vegan cook in a hurry. Less then 15 minutes your eating like a gourmet chef 

Tablespoon of coconut oil heated med high

And add

1/2 cup adzuki sprout for a little over a minute

Add 1/2 cup onion and pan fry 

For 2 more minutes 

And a diced Jalapeño or two

For 3 more minutes

Add 1 cup par boiled mung bean sprouts

And stir fry 3 more minutes

Pour mixture on favorite organic whole grain bread or toast.

Top with radish sprouts
