Taste: Chewy with a hint of creaminess. Every so slightly sweet.
Nutritional features: According to some studies the iron in wheat is increased up to 200%. Iron help get oxygen to where it needs to be.


LENTIL SPROUTS
Sprouting neutralizes phytic acid making the iron and protein bio-available. More drive and energy anyone?

Taste: Our favorite sprout flavor, earthy with a touch of pepper when eaten raw. Boil, steam or roast to bring out amazing flavors.
Nutritional features: These sprouts are very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. They are also a good source of Thiamine, Iron, Phosphorus and Copper.


GARBONZO SPROUTS
Get enough choline. It improves your memory, learning, muscle control, mood, and brain function.
