DAY 2 Evening

Rinse:

• Fill those jars with fresh cold water.

• Tilt the jar at an angle, above the sink, allowing excess water to drain out. Rinse the seeds with fresh water and drain over the sink again.

• Place the jar upside down in the stand over the dish to catch any remaining water.

Empty water in tray, turn screen side up and cover loosely with the towel. They are really taking shape. Look at those Lentils (in the middle)
