DAY 4 Evening

Rinse:

• Fill those jars with fresh cold water.

• Tilt the jar at an angle, above the sink, allowing excess water to drain out. Rinse the seeds with fresh water and drain over the sink again.

• Place the jar upside down in the stand over the dish to catch any remaining water.

• Fill the clean empty jar with seed. Garbanzo in this case.

After a few minuets empty the water in tray, turn screen side up and cover loosely with the towel.
