DAY 5 Evening

 

Harvest and Rinse:

  • Rinse the garbanzos.

  • Pour alfalfa sprouts into a big bowl of water.

  • Use your clean hand to give them a gently swirl.

  • Scoop out hulls

  • Place in strainer to let extra moisture drain.

  • Store them with a paper towel on the bottom.

  • Repeat with broccoli.

After a few minuets empty the water in tray, turn screen side up and cover loosely with the towel.
